Strange Products That You Can Sell Like Hotcakes
I recently finished reading the novel “My Sweet Girl.” Although it’s not a primary plot point, the way that the main character earns her money does come up. She sells her worn underwear to men online, people who make specific requests that she fulfills. It’s a real thing. But that’s only one of the strange products that you can sell like hotcakes to make ends meet or earn some extra cash. If that’s not the right choice for you, maybe one of these ideas would suit you better:
Vape Cartridges
According to FireApps, vape cartridges are among the top ten products to sell online in 2022. A few things on this list don’t seem so strange. After all, dog collars, water bottles, and baby carriers are things many of us use regularly. But as someone who doesn’t vape, Vape Cartridges seem like strange products that you can sell like hotcakes. What do you think?
Bras
According to that list, bras are also super hot to sell this year. I don’t think they’re talking about used ones like the underwear in the aforementioned novel. But if you can get your hands on some wholesale price bras and sell them at higher prices online, then you could make some decent money this year.
Posture Correctors
Maybe this isn’t so weird really. Most of us have posture problems. We’d all do better to strengthen the core and sit up straight every day. And yet, it’s not something I’ve personally ever thought of selling online. Have you? FireApps includes it on that top ten list.
Some of the other strange products that you can sell like hotcake according to their top ten sales list include office chairs and pens.
Baby Nail Clippers
Zyro offers a list of the top 45 items to sell online in 2022. Again, some of these are regular products that make absolute sense. Baby thermometers and rear-facing car seats make the list, for example. But so do baby nail clippers. That’s such. niche product. But if you were able to come up with a really cute design, then you might be able to crack this niche!
Custom Beach Towels
I rarely think about buying beach towels. I’m that person who just picks one up for cheap at a local tourist store when I’m at the beach. However, some people like to get good beach towels. Customized ones no less. Zyro says they’re a big seller this year. And they’re fairly easy to mass produce to sell online so this could be a smart business idea.
Beard Straighteners
Beards are trending. Apparently, good beard care includes straighteners. Who knew?
Eyeshadow Stamps
Here’s another “didn’t know about it” thing for my list. Apparently, instead of using brushes to apply eyeshadow, you can just quickly stamp it on. This is another of those strange products that you can sell like hotcakes if you get in on the idea now.
Watering Cans for the Garden
Gardening grew in popularity during the pandemic. The trend hasn’t stopped. According to Zyro, searches and purchases for garden watering cans have been growing 300% year upon year. So it’s not too late to sell these online.
Other strange things I found on the Zyro list include mesh shoes, latex gloves, and biodegradable glitter.
